Gabru Grillz is built by two brothers who understand the restaurant from opposite ends of the room. Shubham brings the kitchen craft, with years of professional cooking experience behind the spice, flame and timing. Rajat brings a decade of hospitality experience, focused on the details guests feel before they can name them.
That split matters. One brother protects the plate. The other protects the experience. Together, they have shaped a place where Punjabi and North Indian flavours can sit comfortably beside modern Australian dining habits: generous portions, relaxed service, clear choices and food that arrives hot, fragrant and unapologetically full of character.
The point is not to manufacture a fancy restaurant persona. It is to make food worth talking about. The tandoor should smell like something is happening. The curry should have layers. The naan should arrive soft. The room should make you want to stay for one more conversation.
